wow — vintage original THE RELATION of the WHITES to the NEGROES by George S Winston (president of North Carolina College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts) reprinted from the Annals of the american academy of political and social science for JULY, 1901, out of Philadelphia. publication #310; 14 pages of text, VERY SCARCE. this is not something new, it was printed in 1901.  impossible to find.
