Shipping & Handling:
We combine
shipping under the following guidelines. First 1 oz. domestic = $1.80 S/H;
foreign = $2.40. Each additional item is charged at $0.35 handling up to 1 oz.
weight. Thereafter extra postage is also added as necessary. Foreign shipping over
3 oz. must be sent at package rates.
Standard International mail does not provide tracking numbers. If you
require tracking, additional costs for registered or priority mail apply. Bid
accordingly or request a quote for S/H.

available) and reference material. In some cases this material has been
reprinted by us since original stocks have been depleted. The item description
will let you know if a given publication is an original or a reprint.
