Cloisonne Stamp Masterpiece CSM-11 U.S. FRANKLIN Scott No.85A BRONZE Please see all pics as they are best representation This is a bronze repro of the 1861 One Cent stamp . These collectible stamps were made by cloisonné back in the 1970’s & 1980s. They only made 1000 of these stamps and some of them were sold by an American company in CA.
