This auction is for the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his editorial cartoon dated 1981, most likely from the Chicago Sun-Times. The artwork deals with the March, 1981 U.S. Postage stamp increase from 15 cents to 18 cents. The artwork measures approx. 11-1/2″ x 17-5/8″. This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created. The artwork is in good condition – there are a couple small marks on the art – there is some ink transfer on the back from artwork that was stored under this art. A NICE, ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECE OF EDITORIAL ARTWORK THAT WOULD LOOK GREAT FRAMED! When packed, this will ship at the 2 pound rate – check the postage calculator.
